The BONFIX superior gas connection hose has a length of 150cm and is the solution for the prescribed connection of gas appliances with fixed, mobile or mobile appliances. The hose is equipped with two M24 internal thread connections. The gas hose can be connected directly to any gas appliance. This product, which is easy and quick to install, guarantees an optimal, safe and flexible connection. This gas connection hose can be used with all gas appliances with a fixed, mobile or mobile installation. Install the hose in accordance with existing local and national regulations and application possibilities. Follow both the installation instructions of BONFIX and of the manufacturer of the appliance, including those for the position and orientation of the connection point. Use suitable tools. Do not remove the packaging until the start of the installation. Close the gas supply tap before starting the installation. Install the gas hose with a radius > 30 (see figure). Avoid any action that could damage the hose during installation. Make sure that the hose does not twist during installation. Make sure that there are no sharp bends in the hose. Check that the fittings are tightened sufficiently. After installation, check the gas connections for leaks using a leak detection device. Make sure that this installation allows a sufficient flow rate for the intended use. Do not connect two or more hoses together to increase the total length. Do not install the hose if there is any doubt about the ability to connect the fittings to the appliance or the gas supply. Do not use adapters to make the connection with the fittings. Do not install this hose in a wall, floor or ceiling. Do not install the hose in front of the gas pressure regulator.

Maintenance and inspection

Replace damaged seals. If damaged, the hose must be replaced. If changes are made, the installation will no longer comply with the European standard. Follow both the installation instructions of BONFIX and the device manufacturer, including those for the position and orientation of the connection point. When replacing the rubber ring, use only rubber rings supplied by BONFIX.
