This EnergyBy ball valve with filter is made of brass.

A heating system can provide optimum efficiency only when the plant water is free of dirt. In untreated systems, dirt can accumulate in various places throughout the system. Practice shows that magnetite in particular leads to reduced energy efficiency and therefore higher energy costs. Fast and effective dirt removal is therefore very important for your heating system. A magnetic filter is specially made to catch and remove dirt.

This filter ball valve has a strainer and magnet and is easy to clean. No special tools are required.

Installation

The ball valve can be installed horizontally (magnet facing up or down) or vertically. The flow direction marked by an arrow on the valve body should always be followed. It is recommended to install the dirt filter before each heating circulation pump.

Maintenance/Cleaning

Close the ball valve. Unscrew the plug with magnet by hand. Pull out the strainer and remove impurities from both the magnet and strainer. Reassemble after cleaning. Open the ball valve.
