EnergyBy Hygienic Boiler 750L with Stainless Steel Coil & Heat Exchanger
The EnergyBy hygienic boiler 750 litres is an efficient and versatile solution for storing and supplying domestic hot water in sustainable heating systems. The boiler is equipped as standard with a stainless steel (SS) domestic hot water coil for hygienic hot water production and one heat exchanger, positioned at the bottom of the tank.
Thanks to this configuration, the hygienic boiler is widely applicable and suitable for various heat sources, including heat pumps, solar thermal collectors, pellet boilers, biomass boilers and wood gasification boilers.
Hygienic domestic hot water with stainless steel coil
his EnergyBy hygienic boiler 500 litres is equipped with a stainless steel (SS) domestic hot water coil, specifically designed for hygienic shower and tap water production. In a hygienic boiler, drinking water is not stored; instead, it flows through the stainless steel coil and is heated instantly.
This guarantees:
- Always fresh domestic hot water
- No stagnant drinking water
- Minimal risk of legionella formation
A stainless steel domestic hot water coil is standard in hygienic boilers and is known for its long service life and excellent heat transfer.
Additional heat exchanger – ideal for solar thermal systems
This boiler is equipped with one heat exchanger, positioned at the bottom of the tank. This heat exchanger is ideally suited for connection to:
- Solar thermal collectors, such as heat pipe or flat plate collectors
- Heat pumps (indirect connection)
Because the heat exchanger is located at the bottom of the tank, stored energy is used optimally and the system operates efficiently with renewable heat sources.
Energy efficient and fully insulated
All EnergyBy hygienic boilers are fully insulated all around. Not only the sides, but also the top and bottom of the tank are fitted with high-quality insulation. This minimizes heat loss and ensures that stored energy is retained for as long as possible.
Thanks to this high-quality insulation:
- The water stays at temperature for longer
- Unnecessary energy losses are prevented
- The overall energy consumption of the system is reduced
- A stable and efficient domestic hot water supply is guaranteed
In combination with energy label B, this makes the EnergyBy hygienic boiler a durable and energy-efficient choice for modern heating systems, including heat pumps and solar thermal installations.

Application & compatible heat sources
The EnergyBy hygienic boiler 750 litres is designed for a wide range of heating systems and energy sources. Thanks to the stainless steel domestic hot water coil, the bottom-mounted heat exchanger and the extensive connection options, the boiler is highly versatile.
Compatible with:
- Heat pumps (direct & indirect)
- Solar thermal collectors
- Conventional boilers
- Pellet boilers
- Biomass boilers
- Wood gasification boilers
- Hybrid heating systems
Due to this wide applicability, the hygienic boiler is suitable for:
- Residential buildings
- New construction and renovation projects
- Commercial and utility buildings
- Sustainable energy installations
The EnergyBy hygienic boiler therefore forms a reliable link between heat generation and comfortable, hygienic domestic hot water.
Heat pump connection: direct or indirect
Within a heat pump installation, the hygienic boiler can be connected in two ways: direct or indirect. The selected connection determines how the heat exchanger is used and whether solar thermal collectors can be connected.
Direct connection
With a direct connection, the heat pump is connected directly to the hygienic boiler and heats the system water inside the tank. The heated system water transfers its heat to the domestic hot water via the stainless steel coil.
Because the heat exchanger at the bottom of the tank remains available, this configuration is highly suitable for solar thermal collectors, such as:
- Heat pipe collectors
- Flat plate solar collectors
Characteristics of direct connection:
- High efficiency
- Heat exchanger available for solar energy
- Ideal for combinations with renewable heat sources
Indirect connection
With an indirect connection, the heat pump is connected via the bottom-mounted heat exchanger. The heat pump transfers its heat to the boiler through this exchanger, without system water circulating directly inside the tank. Because the heat exchanger is used by the heat pump in this configuration, solar thermal collectors cannot be connected.
Characteristics of indirect connection:
- Additional separation between heat pump and boiler
- Suitable for heat pump systems without solar thermal
- Often used in simple or compact installations
