Description

This square fibreglass cord is resistant to an operating temperature of up to 500ºC. The inside is provided with a hard core. This fibreglass cord is used for sealing built-in fireplaces, boiler doors, dryers, rooms and stoves that operate at high temperatures.
Due to its high chemical resistance, it can be used in contact with most aggressive chemicals except phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid and fluorine. It is usually used for boiler installations to seal boiler doors. It prevents smoke from escaping from the combustion chamber into the room/boiler room.
