Single-walled chimney pipe stainless steel

Single-walled flue gas system <SKS-X> is a single-walled chimney pipe made of stainless steel 1.4301 according to DIN17441. These single-walled chimney pipe systems are used in installations with flue gas extraction and in pellet stoves. With this system, the air required for the combustion process is taken directly from the boiler room or from outside using a separate pipe. This system protects the inner surfaces of ceramic flues from the destructive effects of flue gases produced in gas and fuel oil-fired heating appliances.

With single-wall flue gas system <SKS-X>, old, existing chimneys can be used with new and modern type boilers. Individual elements of the chimney system are connected by clamps one part of the element - a spigot, in the other pressed part of the element - a sleeve. Thanks to this type of pipe connection, the chimney is characterized by a very tight and solid construction. It also ensures proper drainage of condensate along the walls of the chimney. The use of a special seal of silicone, which is in the middle of the sleeve, ensures the tightness of the system due to positive pressure of vapors up to 200Pa.
